The Europe Asia Young Leaders Forum is an annual forum that brings together a diverse group of approximately 50 younger Europeans and Asians of outstanding leadership quality in business, politics, academia, and the media.

Over three days, the forum provides the opportunity to explore issues of common interest through leading edge presentations, panels, and working groups led by noted experts.

The invited participants share their ideas, experiences, and perspectives. Through a range of common activities in an informal setting, they get to know one another on a more personal level.

Through this conference, the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt seeks to deepen the mutual understanding, to promote cooperation among the young leaders in their future careers, and to build an enduring European-Asian network.
